Early in his career, he became one of the strongest men in the world. With more than 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, he now helps people reach their goals through his coaching & expertise in programming.
  • How much is a monthly membership?
    $8.99 per month. Start and stop whenever you want.
  • This is a subscription?
    Yep! Think of it like a Netflix subscription. As long as you are a member, you will have my programming being streamed into your TLM App. You can start or stop the subscription whenever you want. The membership is $8.99 per month.
  • How can I cancel my subscription?
    You can manage your TLM subscription via the "TLM member login" tab on the top right corner of my website. This link to manage your subscription is also sent to you in the app upon sign up. Your subscription to TLM can be cancelled ay any time through either of these links. If you are experiencing any trouble at all, please contact me directly via instagram dm or email (madison@madisonrosefit.com)
  • What's included in my monthly membership?
    You will have access to my ACTUAL training program - designed to develop a proportionate hourglass physique & get you stronger. Alongside every exercise, is an exclusive detailed tutorial video that coaches you through the movement. The App also has a ton of amazing features that will support your success. Enjoy the weight and measurement tracking, community news feed, training diary, & progress photo uploader.
  • What exactly will this program do for me?
    No matter if your'e a beginner, intermediate, or advanced, my programming can serve as a guide to help you build muscle and get stronger.
  • What equipment will I need?
    My programming is a gym-based program. Heavy weights is how I built my physique, therefore I wouldn't feel comfortable advertising my results alongside a bodyweight or resistance band program. I recommend having access to a well-equipped gym with free weights. If you do not have access to a particular piece of equipment, feel free to swap the exercise for a similar movement. I encourage people to use my programming to guide their own training.
  • Is nutrition included in this program?
    Nutrition coaching is not included in my training app. If you're interested in getting help with your nutrition, check out the Nutrition Coaching Page
  • Will this program help me lose weight?
    It depends... It can help, but it is not the only thing you need to take into consideration in order to lose weight. Weight loss is dictated by the daily amount of calories you are eating versus the daily amount of calories you are burning. If you eat more calories than you burn - you will gain weight, and vice versa, if you eat less calories than you burn - you will lose weight. If you are currently not exercising regularly, our program will get you active and burning more calories. This is only half of the equation though. You still need to make sure that you are not eating more calories than you are burning. You can not out-exercise a bad diet.
  • Will lifting heavy weight make a girl bulky?
    Nope! Women simply do not have the hormonal profile to build as much muscle mass as men. Building muscle is a slow and very challenging process, and most people are not even training hard enough to optimize muscle growth. The size of your physique is mostly going to be dictated by the amount of fat that you have, as the amount of muscle we can build naturally is actually very limited.
  • Should I do cardio?
    Cardio exercise is a very healthy activity & can be a part of anybody's routine. However, intense cardio is not 100% necessary in order to achieve your ideal figure. You can lose fat without any dedicated cardio. When it comes to changing your physique, cardio is merely a tool to increase energy expenditure, it will not build muscle or create shape the way weight training does. I personally do not do any cardio besides walking, as I want to be putting my energy into weight training. Very high impact forms of cardio (ex. running) would impact my ability to recover from my training sessions.
